Abstract:
This study aims to (1) evaluate the impact of strategic supply chain management on business success, (2) identify the key components of effective supply chain strategies, and (3) assess the role of supply chain integration in achieving business objectives. A survey research design was used to collect comprehensive data from a broad respondent base. Using Taro Yamane's formula, a sample size of 380 respondents was selected to ensure statistical significance. The study was conducted among manufacturing firms in Lagos, Nigeria, known for their supply chain complexities. The reliability coefficient score of the survey was 0.90. The findings indicate that strategic supply chain management significantly contributes to business success by enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving customer satisfaction. Recommendations include developing integrated supply chain strategies, investing in supply chain technologies, and fostering collaboration among supply chain partners to enhance overall performance.
